决明子蒽醌提取物对脂肪酶的抑制作用

研究水提、醇提及醇提-酸水解法不同提取工艺得到的决明子提取物对脂肪酶的抑制作用。采用脂肪酶抑制剂筛选模型对各提取物进行活性筛选,初步探究决明子提取物的抑制机理。决明子水提、醇提产物对脂肪酶无抑制作用,醇提-酸水解产物对脂肪酶有抑制作用,且在37℃、p H 7.4时抑制效果最佳,符合人体生理条件。Dixon图与Lineweaver-Burk图表明决明子醇提-酸水解蒽醌提取物对脂肪酶抑制作用为非竞争性抑制,抑制常数Ki=0.45 mg/m L。 To study the inhibitory effect of extract of Cassia to the lipase by water extraction and alcohol mentioning alcohol extraction and acid hydrolysis. The lipase inhibitor screening model was used to screen the activity of each extract to explore the inhibitory mechanism of the extract of cassia seed. The extracts of cassia seed had no inhibitory effect on the lipase, and the alcohol-acid hydrolyzate inhibited the lipase, and the inhibitory effect was best at 37 ℃, p H 7.4, which was in line with human physiological conditions. The Dixon plot and Lineweaver-Burk plot show that the extract of cassia alcohol-acid hydrolyzed anthraquinone is a non-competitive inhibitor of lipase inhibition with an inhibition constant Ki = 0.45 mg / m L.
