目的研究全颌曲面体层片对错牙合畸形诊断、治疗的临床意义和作用。方法对三所医院口腔科未做过正畸治疗的960例错牙合畸形患者,常规拍摄全颌曲面体层片进行分析研究。结果多生牙发生例数37例,发生率为3.85%(37/960);先天性牙齿缺失总数120个,总发生率(不包括第三磨牙)12.50%(120/960);恒牙埋伏阻生总数51个,发生率(不包括第三磨牙)为5.31%(51/960);第三磨牙缺失总数118个,发生率为12.29%(118/960)。结论牙齿发育异常是错牙合畸形的主要病因之一,术前拍摄全颌曲面体层片对错牙合畸形患者诊断治疗具有指导意义。
Objective To study the clinical significance and effect of total jaw curved body slice on diagnosis and treatment of malocclusion. Methods A total of 960 malocclusion deformity patients who had not been orthodontically treated in the stomatology department of the three hospitals were routinely photographed and analyzed for total jaw curved surface slice. Results There were 37 cases with multiple births, the incidence rate was 3.85% (37/960). The total number of congenital tooth defects was 120, and the total incidence (excluding third molars) was 12.50% (120/960) The total number of impacted teeth was 51, the incidence (excluding the third molars) was 5.31% (51/960). The total number of the third molars was 118 with a rate of 12.29% (118/960). Conclusions Dental development is one of the main causes of malocclusion. Preoperative imaging of maxillary trocars is useful for the diagnosis and treatment of malocclusion patients.
