中医住院医师规范化培训对培养合格的中医住院医师及提高医疗服务质量具有重要意义。通过对我院中医住院医师规范化培训实践的总结,分析其中合理成熟的培训方法与同仁共勉,发现存在的不足,提出改进意见,为制定更为科学严谨的培训流程提供参考。
The standardized training of Chinese resident physicians is of great significance to cultivate qualified resident physicians and improve the quality of medical services. Through summarizing the standardized training practice of Chinese resident residency in our hospital, I analyze the reasonable and mature training methods and encourage my colleagues to find out the existing problems, provide suggestions for improvement, and provide reference for making a more scientific and rigorous training process.
