目的了解淄博市流感流行动态,为及时预警预测流感活动强度和流感防制提供科学依据。方法收集淄博市2009-2013年度流感流行病学和病原学监测数据,分析流感样病例占门诊就诊病例比例的动态变化,以及流感病毒各亚型的变化规律。结果淄博市2009-2013年度共报告ILI 23 220例,ILI%为2.12%。4个年度ILI%分别为3.14%、1.50%、2.45%、1.74%。合计检测ILI标本2 564份,其中流感病毒阳性542份,阳性率为21.14%。4个年度流感病毒检测阳性率分别为47.38%、9.82%、14.62%、10.74%。对ILI%与流感病毒检测阳性率两条序列进行等级相关分析,相关系数为0.568(P<0.001),呈正相关。结论淄博市流感活动存在明显的冬春季高峰。流感样病例发病年龄以0~4岁年龄组为主。2009-2010年度流感病毒较为活跃,其余年度流感活动平稳且处于低流行态势。4个监测年度中流感优势毒株亚型之间呈交替变化趋势,流感样病例流行特征与流感病毒活动趋势基本一致。
Objective To understand the prevalence of influenza in Zibo city and provide a scientific basis for early warning and forecasting of influenza activity and influenza prevention. Methods The surveillance data of influenza epidemiology and etiology from 2009 to 2013 in Zibo were collected. The dynamic changes of the proportion of influenza-like cases in the outpatient clinic and the changes of influenza virus subtypes were analyzed. Results A total of 220 cases of ILI 23 were reported from 2009 to 2013 in Zibo City, ILI% was 2.12%. The four annual ILI% were 3.14%, 1.50%, 2.45% and 1.74% respectively. A total of 2 564 ILI samples were detected, of which 542 were positive for influenza virus, the positive rate was 21.14%. The positive rates of four annual influenza viruses were 47.38%, 9.82%, 14.62% and 10.74%, respectively. The rank correlation analysis between ILI% and the positive rate of influenza virus was carried out, the correlation coefficient was 0.568 (P <0.001), which was positively correlated. Conclusion There is a clear peak in winter and spring in influenza activity in Zibo City. Influenza-like illness onset age 0 to 4 age group based. Influenza virus was more active in 2009-2010 and the rest of the year was stable and in a low prevalence. Influenza subtypes showed an alternating trend during the four monitoring years. The epidemic characteristics of influenza-like cases were basically the same as those of influenza viruses.
