病例;患者男性,55岁。为了检查右颈内动脉瘤而住院。神经系统检查显示右侧第Ⅲ颅神经完全麻痹,无其他异常。患糖尿病约10年。血管造影,穿刺右颈总动脉并插入导管,注入50% sod.diatrizoate 8毫升,显示颈内动脉在颈总动脉分叉处有显著的狭窄和不规则。颈内动脉未见动脉瘤。按脑血管疾患继续检查。穿刺颈总动脉并插管,注入50% sod.diatri-
