上天梯地区发育的玻屑凝灰岩型沸石属斜发沸石。沸石 (质量 )∶盐酸 (体积 )为 1∶ 3的比例将 80目该沸石粉在 2 mol/L盐酸中浸泡 48h,加入适量反应助剂 ,经微沸回流 3h后过滤 ,将滤出液加热、蒸发、浓缩 ,当滤出液呈深黄色 ,密度为 1.2 1g/ m L时即制成沸石浸渍液净化剂 ,其体积分数为 1∶ 30 0 ,该净化剂可使草浆型造纸终端废水的 COD浓度降至国家 2~ 3级行业排放标准 (GB35 44-92 )。将滤出固体物洗涤、烘干 ,在温度 40 0~ 6 0 0°C下活化 3h后即制备成缺铝型沸石。此时 ,Al2 O3浸出率达 31%,硅铝比由 9.14提高到 15 .75 ,晶格破坏温度上升至 10 0 0°C以上 ,吸附性能也有所提高。该项研究同时制备固、液两种产品 ,而且无废弃物排放 ,实现了沸石资源的综合利用和零排放工艺 ,有一定的经济和环保意义。
