针对高职物流管理专业校企合作中存在的问题进行分析,主要表现在校企合作理念不够清晰,校企合作形式特点显著以及校企合作机制相对匮乏等方面,并提出创新教育理念,注重校企合作的价值;完善管理机制,创设多方共赢的局面以及充实教师队伍,提升教师的指导能力等高职物流管理专业校企合作的改善对策。
According to the analysis of the existing problems in the cooperation between school and enterprise in higher vocational logistics management major, it mainly shows that the concept of cooperation between school and enterprise is not clear enough, the form of cooperation between school and enterprise is significant, and the mechanism of cooperation between school and enterprise is relatively scarce. The value of enterprise cooperation; improve the management mechanism, create a win-win situation and a multi-party teachers to enrich and enhance the ability of teachers, such as higher vocational education and management of logistics enterprises to improve cooperation measures.
