随着我国基建事业的迅猛发展,由于市场的不断规范化,注重工程建设的管理尤为重要。其中,工程内业资料是建设施工中的一项重要组成部分,是工程项目竣工验收和质量保证的重要依据之一,也是对工程进行检查、维护、管理、使用、改建和扩建的原始依据。一个优良的建筑产品,不仅要求它的使用功能安全可靠,而且要求它的技术资料真实完整。然而,由于目前我国建筑施工企业内部有相当一部分管理人员在施工过程中忽视技术资料的收集与整理工作,使资料无法真实反映工程的施工情况,在工程交付使用后出现质量问题而无法追溯。将从工程内业资料管理存在的弊病及原因分析入手,提出解决办法即加强施工工程内业资料管理的措施。
