人人都喜欢在家里摆几盆花卉,既可增添情趣,亦可美化环境。选择什么花好呢?这里向您介绍一下适宜室内栽种的盆花——马蹄莲花。马蹄莲一般株高70厘米左右,具根茎。叶基生,鲜绿色,全绿有光泽,与万年青的叶子一样好看。开花时,花梗高出叶片,是内穗花序,包在拂焰苞内。花为白色,呈筒状。若将花倒放,宛如马蹄,故此得名。在北方地区室内栽培,花期为2—4月和8—9月。如管理得当,一年几季均可开花。品种有白花、黄花、粉红花,最常见的是白花马蹄莲。
