应用第Ⅷ因子相关抗原单克隆抗体ABC免疫组化研究50例原发性乳腺癌微血管定量及其意义。发现组织学分级Ⅰ级乳腺癌微血管定量明显低于Ⅱ级或Ⅲ级,癌胚抗原阴性乳腺癌微血管定量明显低于癌胚抗原阳性乳腺癌,淋巴结转移组乳腺癌微血管定量明显高于淋巴结未转移组乳腺癌;微血管定量与乳腺癌雌二醇受体(ER)、黄体酮受体(PgR)状态及其它临床病理特征无明显关系。提示乳腺癌组织中微血管生成与其组织学分级有密切关系,高微血管定量乳腺癌易发生区域淋巴结转移。
Immunohistochemistry using monoclonal antibody ABC of factor VIII related antigens to study the quantification of microvessels in 50 cases of primary breast cancer and its significance. It was found that the microvessel quantification of histological grade I breast cancer was significantly lower than that of grade II or III. The microvessel quantification of carcinoembryonic antigen negative breast cancer was significantly lower than that of carcinoembryonic antigen positive breast cancer. The quantification of breast cancer microvessels in lymph node metastasis group was significantly higher than that in lymph node metastasis group. There was no significant relationship between microvessel quantification and the status of estradiol receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PgR) and other clinicopathological features in breast cancer. It is suggested that the angiogenesis in breast cancer is closely related to histological grading, and high microvessel quantification of breast cancer is prone to regional lymph node metastasis.
