目的:临床新生儿筛查、产前筛查干血斑(DBS)的制备均用S&S903滤纸,将近期PE公司推出的新滤纸试用于新筛与产筛中,以了解其临床应用价值。方法:采用干血片AFP/游离hCGβ亚基双标测定试剂盒(时间分辨荧光法)。结果:经干血片法产筛检测AFP、βhCG结果显示两者P>0.05,散点图显示AFP r=0.866、βhCG r=0.964,βhCG相关性优于AFP。结论:传统应用的S&S903滤纸与PE公司近期推出的滤纸在产前筛查干血斑法检测中是可行的。
Objective: Clinical neonatal screening, prenatal screening of dried blood spots (DBS) were prepared using S & S903 filter paper, the recent PE company introduced a new filter paper on the new screen and screen production to understand its clinical value. Methods: AFP / free hCGβ subunit double labeling kit (time-resolved fluorescence method) was used. Results: AFP and βhCG results showed that both P> 0.05, the scatter plot showed AFP r = 0.866, βhCG r = 0.964, βhCG correlation better than AFP. Conclusion: The traditional filter paper S & S903 and the filter paper recently introduced by PE are feasible in the prenatal screening test for dry blood spotting.
