最近,莱州市出台了《关于奖励促进科技进步有功人员的意见》,鼓励进行科研攻关,大力发展高新技术产业,积极推广和应用新技术、新成果,重奖取得科研新成果的有功人员。具体规定如下: 一、鼓励进行科研攻关。对列入国家和省科技发展计划及工农业发展中亟需解决的重大课题,经鉴定验收后,由项目承担单位分别给予课题攻关主要负责人和主要研究人员(不得超过5人)每人500—1000元的科研津贴或奖励。
