在以SiO_2和Al_2O_3为主要成分的原料中掺过渡金属氧化物,通过高温热处理制备成全发射率达0.93的红外辐射涂料。用X射线衍射及扫描电子显微镜研究了涂层的辐射机理。
In the raw materials containing SiO 2 and Al 2 O 3 as the main component, a transition metal oxide is doped, and an infrared radiation coating with a total emissivity of 0.93 is prepared through high-temperature heat treatment. The radiation mechanism of the coating was investigated by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.
