住房抵押贷款证券化作为一种金融创新工具 ,在西方国家得到了成功实施。文章对我国实行住房抵押贷款证券化的必要性进行阐述 ,并提出相关政策建议。
Mortgage-backed securitization, as a financial innovation tool, has been successfully implemented in western countries. The article elaborates the necessity of implementing the mortgage-backed securitization in our country and puts forward the relevant policy suggestions.
