随着金融危机对全球实体经济的打击趋于深重,多个国家疲于应对短期威胁和化解当前矛盾,其新近出台的危机应对政策中贸易保护主义倾向有所抬头,这无疑对全球经济和今后贸易的健康发展造成消极影响。相应的,全球范围内反贸易保护主义的呼声也随之迅速高涨。本文从金融危机下的各国贸易保护政策出发,阐述了造成这一现象原因以及此次贸易保护的特点,并对我国应对贸易保护提出建议。
As the financial crisis has hit the global real economy more and more heavily, many countries are struggling to cope with short-term threats and resolve current conflicts. Its recent tendency toward trade protectionism in the crisis response policy is on the rise. This undoubtedly has an impact on the global economy and future The healthy development of trade has a negative impact. Accordingly, the voice of anti-trade protectionism in the world will also rapidly rise. Based on the trade protection policies of various countries under the financial crisis, this article elaborates the causes of this phenomenon and the characteristics of this trade protection, and puts forward suggestions on how to deal with the trade protection in our country.
