自1985年以来,中央领导同志几次强调要抓好全国资源综合利用工作。最近,国家计委印发了《1989～2000年全国资源综合利用发展纲要》。本刊记者为此走访了国家计委资源节约和综合利用司司长鲁兵。
Since 1985, the central leading comrades have emphasized on several occasions the importance of comprehensive utilization of resources throughout the country. Recently, the State Development Planning Commission issued the Outline for the Development of Comprehensive Utilization of Resources from 1989 to 2000. This reporter visited the State Planning Commission resource conservation and comprehensive utilization of the Secretary Lu Bing.
