外耳道和中耳腔感染时,局部常用氨基糖甙类抗生素滴耳,但长期应用则有耳毒性。CMX(cefmenoxime,头孢甲肟)为头孢菌素类抗生素,对革兰氏阳性、阴性菌及厌氧菌有广泛的抗菌力。作者等报告对7例急性弥漫性外耳道炎应用CMX的效果。CMX滴耳液的浓度为1%,将外耳道及鼓室清拭后滴药6～10滴,浸泡10分钟,每日二次,用药4～12日,平均7.2日,不用其它抗生素和类固醇等药。给药前后采取耳内分泌物作细菌分离并作药物敏感试验。疗效根据临床所见、细菌学效果和安全性进行综合判断。患
