摊铺机振捣机构工作时,振捣梁的复合运动会对熨平板箱体产生冲击,直接影响路面的摊铺质量。通过对双振捣机构结构和原理的分析,建立了双振捣机构的动力学模型,并对振捣过程进行仿真计算。通过理论分析,得到了振捣频率和振幅对振捣梁惯性力的影响规律,为摊铺机双振捣机构的设计及施工参数的调整提供了参考依据。
Vibrator working mechanism paver, vibrating beam composite exercise will have an impact on the screed box, a direct impact on the pavement pavement quality. Through the analysis of the structure and principle of the double vibrating mechanism, the dynamic model of the double vibrating mechanism is established and the simulation of the vibrating process is simulated. Through theoretical analysis, the influence rule of vibration frequency and amplitude on the inertial force of vibrating beam is obtained, which provides a reference for the design of double vibrating mechanism and the adjustment of construction parameters of the paver.
