Archaeologists found a large number of artefacts in wrecks, including A chain of irons, glass bottles, bricks, unglazed pots, and marine equipment such as metal compasses and similar sextant or octants. Archeologists concluded that the ship dates back to the American Revolution, about the late 18th and early 19th centuries, based on the cords, pottery, and navigational devices uncovered from the ship.
