目的了解铸造企业制芯岗位矽尘防护情况,为今后同类岗位的评价提出合理建议。方法通过现场调查及现场检测收集相关数据,对某铸造企业矽尘超标岗位进行检测,分析超标岗位制壳机防护的合理性。结果应用有效的防护设施后使矽尘2个超标岗位的超限倍数由3.9和3.2控制到1.0和1.1,将矽尘岗位短时间接触的最大浓度降低到国家标准限值范围内。结论由于矽尘是对健康危害较大的一种粉尘,国家对其制定的标准限值较低,在不影响工艺的前提下,采用不同的方法可控制生产岗位矽尘的浓度,采用密闭尘源的方式是降低矽尘岗位矽尘浓度最有效的方法。
Objective To understand the situation of silica fume protection in the foundry business and provide reasonable suggestions for the evaluation of the same posts in the future. Methods Through the field investigation and on-site inspection, the relevant data were collected to test the over-standard Silica dust in a foundry enterprise and analyze the rationality of the protection of over-standard position shell machine. Results After the effective protective facilities were applied, the over-limit multiples of 2 out-of-standard silica fume positions were controlled from 3.9 and 3.2 to 1.0 and 1.1, respectively. The maximum concentration of short-time contact with silica dust station was reduced to the national standard limit. Conclusion Because silica dust is a kind of dust which is harmful to health, the standard limit set by the state is relatively low. Different methods can be used to control the concentration of silica dust in production positions without affecting the process. The source approach is the most effective way to reduce the silica dust concentration at the silica dust station.
