2002年11月23日晚8时许,两位工人到某个体矿井进行钻岩放炮作业,于当日24时进行爆破。放完炮后不久,两人正准备到井下查看爆破情况,忽然听到住房工棚处塌陷的响声,在屋内睡觉的两名工人被塌陷的岩石压埋。当晚正准备上班的一名工人双脚也被压埋无法摆脱,呼喊救命,另一名工人闻讯赶往施救,在施救中塌陷区一侧边坡再次发生坍塌,又将两名工人压埋。这起事故共造成四人死亡,经当地劳动保障部门认定为工伤事故。四位死者亲属有三位于2003年4月向当地劳动争议仲
At about 8 pm on November 23, 2002, the two workers went to a certain mine to drill and rock the blasting operation and burst it at 24 o'clock on the same day.
