目的:研究应用锥形束CT(CBCT)获取数字化牙颌模型测量的可靠性。方法:选择正畸治疗患者的石膏模型40副,采用CBCT扫描石膏牙颌模型,对其进行测量,并与手工测得的结果进行一致性相关系数(concordance correlationcoefficient,CCC)和均数差(mean difference,MD)比较。结果:所有测量项目的CCC在0.847~0.993之间,大部分测量项目的均数差小于0.25mm,但CFF6、PWF5和PWM6的均数差分别为0.34mm、0.63mm和1.49mm。结论:锥形束CT数字化牙颌模型测量的可靠性好,精确度高。牙尖测量的准确性最高,中央窝次之,腭侧龈缘最低点的测量准确性最低。
OBJECTIVE: To study the reliability of digital dental model obtained by cone beam computed tomography (CBCT). Methods: Forty orthodontic patients were selected as gypsum model. CBCT was used to observe the model of dental cast by gypsum. The concordance correlation coefficient (CCC) and mean difference (mean difference, MD). Results: The CCC of all measurement items ranged from 0.847 to 0.993. The mean difference of most measurement items was less than 0.25 mm. However, the average difference of CFF6, PWF5 and PWM6 was 0.34 mm, 0.63 mm and 1.49 mm, respectively. Conclusion: The reliability of cone-beam CT digital dental model is good and the accuracy is high. Cusp measurement accuracy of the highest, followed by the central fossa, the lowest point of the lowest palatal gingival margin of measurement accuracy.
