安全锁是吊篮悬吊平台等专用提升装置上配置的一种安全保护装置,针对安全锁的安全性能,首先通过Pro/E对安全锁装置进行三维建模;其次将三维模型导入ADAMS进行动力学仿真分析,模拟不同载荷及不同速度下对其制动力、制动距离等关键参数的影响;最后以风机电控升降机用离心触发式安全锁为例,通过安全锁专用测试装置,对离心触发式安全锁进行了坠落试验.通过仿真及试验发现:仿真与实验的结果基本吻合,数据显示,此安全锁具有良好的制动性能.
The safety lock is a kind of safety protection device which is arranged on the special hoisting device such as the suspension platform of the hanging basket. According to the safety performance of the safety lock, the safety lock device is first three-dimensionally modeled by Pro / E; The simulation analysis is carried out to simulate the influence of different loads and different speeds on the key parameters such as braking force and braking distance. Finally, the centrifugal lock-up safety lock for the electric elevator is taken as an example.
