“安全第一,预防为主,综合治理”是电力企业安全生产永恒的主题。如何将安全生产的各项措施落到实处,是电力生产过程中企业管理的一项重要内容。本文首先以“以人为本”为基本原则,详细阐述了电力安全生产的基本原则,即以职工生命为第一位、安全制度更人性化、生产管理以人为本和加大科技投入提高安全生产要素;其次说明了安全生产过程中强化制度的建设与执行的统一;最后强调了安全生产必须各级领导起到模范带头作用。
“Safety first, prevention first, comprehensive management ” is the eternal theme of power production safety. How to put all the measures of safety production into practice is an important part of enterprise management in the process of power production. Firstly, taking the “people-oriented” as the basic principle, this paper expounds the basic principles of power safety production in detail, that is, taking the life of a worker as the first place, the security system more humane, the people-oriented production management and the investment in science and technology increasing the factors of production safety. Secondly, it illustrates the unification of the construction and enforcement of the strengthening system in the process of safety production. Lastly, it emphasizes that the leaders at all levels must take the lead in safety production.
