采用组织化学和酶组织化学方法,定位观察了钉螺软体内糖原分布及7种酶活性部位。结果显示,糖原、SDH和LDH在各系统分布广泛,含量或活性均高。G-6-Pase仅在卵巢部活性较高;Mg~(++)-ATPase存在于肝、胃、生殖腺等器官;ALP以消化系活性较高;ACP在螺体内活性均较低;CHE主要在中枢神经节与神经干、肝、鳃及头足部软体上皮层处活性高。本文并对上述指标的生理意义进行了讨论。
Histochemistry and enzyme histochemistry were used to locate and observe the distribution of glycogen and the seven active sites in the soft tissue of Oncomelania hupensis. The results showed that glycogen, SDH and LDH in a wide range of systems, content or activity are high. G-6-Pase was only active in the ovary; Mg ~ (++) - ATPase was found in the liver, stomach and gonadal organs; ALP had higher digestive activity; ACP was lower in spirochetes; In the central ganglion and nerve trunk, liver, gill and head and foot molluscum at the high activity. This article also discussed the physiological significance of the above indicators.
