由于铝基含油轴承质量轻、成本低,已成为目前含油轴承领域研究的热点之一。使用粉末冶金法制备铝铜烧结含油轴承,研究铝基中铜元素含量对性能所产生的影响。研究表明,当铝基中铜元素为7.5%时,可制备出压溃强度88.8 MPa、含油率11%,具备良好综合性能的铝铜含油轴承。
As aluminum-based oil-bearing light weight, low cost, has become one of the hot spots in the field of oil-bearing research. The preparation of aluminum-copper sintered oil-bearing by powder metallurgy was used to study the effect of copper content in aluminum matrix on the performance. The results show that when copper content in aluminum is 7.5%, aluminum-copper bearing with good crushing strength of 88.8 MPa and oil content of 11% can be prepared.
