长期以来,我们不断投入探索、投入实践,致力于高效课堂的研究工作,并以初中生的自身发展作为主要切入点,遵循“人本思想”的原则。但是纵观整体效果,却仍差强人意,而且耗时较多。尤其是在现阶段,随着新课程理念的颁布,无疑是为我们教职人员提出了更加严格的要求。所以,作为一名音乐教师,我们要勇于接受挑战,接受新课改的思想理念,展开新一轮的探索工作,为实现初中音乐高效课堂奠定坚实的基础。一、构建真实情境,增强学生参与热情
