主任,各位副主任,各位委员:近日,市人民政府向市人大常委会提交了《关于提请审议中山市“三规合一”规划的报告》。根据《中山市人民代表大会常务委员会讨论决定重大事项规定》的有关规定,环资工委对《中山市“三规合一”规划》(以下简称《规划》)进行了初步审查,现将审查意见报告如下。
