在长期护理教学过程中,石家庄卫校的护生学习“基础护理学”比较认真、刻苦,结课时学习成绩优秀率达80%以上,合格率达100%。课程结束后学生进入临床实习阶段,发现临床带教老师、病人和医生对同学的满意程度欠佳。经校领导和护理教师的研究,决定对97、98级护生连续2年进行实习前的集中训练、严格考核并作出正确评价,当护生进入医院后继续跟踪调查临床带教老师及服务对象对同学的满意度,了解社会效益。调查结果表明,护生提高了综合素质,护理对象对护生的服务有较高的满意度。
