本文从以往产业保护有效性的相关思想及理论,延伸出了两个提高产业保护有效性的标准为框架,从提高产业保护的有效性对世贸组织成员在产业保护实践中的得失对比进行讨论。提出了提高产业保护有效性的问题,借鉴产业经济学的相关理论,进一步分析了在保护主体、保护对象、保护手段等方面体现保护的有效性,对我国在提高产业保护有效性的制定相关政策有着积极的作用。
Based on the related theories and theories of industrial protection effectiveness in the past, this paper extends two frameworks for improving the efficiency of industrial protection, and discusses the pros and cons of WTO members in the industrial protection practice from the perspective of improving the efficiency of industrial protection.
