近年来,随着长庆油田市场的开放,开采力度的加强,安全井控管理风险越来越大,压力越来越大,各钻探公司开始实行委派外聘监督驻、巡井监督的方式加强民营钻井现场管理。外聘监督是招聘的社会上的人员,与公司内部人员变化工作岗位、同样从事安全管理的内聘监督有本质上的区别。由于公司管理中存在一些问题,导致不能充分发挥外聘监督的作用,影响了公司安全井控管理工作。因此,加强外聘监督的管理工作,已经迫在眉睫。笔者根据自己的工作经验以及调研情况,以我公司实际为切入点,对外聘监督的在管理中所起的积极作用及存在的问题进行探索分析,对如何加强管理提出若干建议。

Therefore, it is imperative to strengthen the management of external supervision. Based on my own work experience and research situation, the author explores and analyzes the active role and problems of external supervision in management based on the actual situation of our company, and puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen management.
