篮球运动属于强度高、持续时间长的体育项目。篮球教练员和运动员需加强关于体能训练重要意义方面的认识,研究体能训练的方法,通过各种途径来提升体能训练的效果,以促使运动员的运动素质均衡快速地发展。本文在初步掌握我国篮球队体能训练情况的基础之上,指明了当前针对篮球运动的体能训练所存在的不足并给出了我国篮球运动体能训练的有关应对策略。
Basketball belongs to high strength, long duration of sports. Basketball coaches and athletes need to strengthen their understanding of the importance of physical training, research methods of physical training, through various channels to enhance the effectiveness of physical training to promote a balanced and rapid development of the athletes’ athletic qualities. Based on the preliminary grasp of the physical training situation of our basketball team, this paper points out the shortcomings of current physical training for basketball and gives some countermeasures for the physical training of basketball in China.
