分析了热锯机的锯切过程及热锯机基本参数对锯切过程和力能参数计算的影响。在分析实验结果的基础上提出热锯机锯切功率计算方法,并与现有计算方法和实测结果进行了数值上的对比。亦通过计算示例说明该计算方法的具体应用步骤。
The influence of the sawing process of hot saw machine and the basic parameters of sawing machine on sawing process and force parameter calculation were analyzed. Based on the analysis of the experimental results, the calculation method of the sawing power of the hot saw is proposed and compared with the existing calculation methods and measured results. The calculation example is also used to illustrate the specific application steps of the calculation method.
