为了正确评价胎吸术在基层医院中的应用前景。方法:就我院近五年来施行的178例胎吸术进行回顾性分析。结果:发现胎吸术的母婴并发症发生率与所报道的产钳术的并发症发生率相仿。结论:胎吸术在基层医院中仍有持续应用下去的必要性。
In order to correctly evaluate the application of fetal suction in the primary hospital. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 178 cases of fetal suction performed in our hospital in the past five years. Results: The rate of maternal-fetal complications of aspiration was found to be similar to the reported complication rate of forceps. Conclusion: Adiponectomy still has the need of continuous application in primary hospitals.
