可靠性技术起源于美国军用电子装备工业,以后在航天、航空等军事装备工业部门迅速发展,六十年代开始向民用部门转移。时至今日,它已经成为非常重要的交叉边缘工程学科,几乎在所有工业部门都得到较广泛的应用。美国声称今后能通过竞争留存于世界市场的只有那些能掌握住自己产品可靠性的企业,日本认为今后世界市场上竞争的焦点是可靠性。
Reliability technology originated in the United States military electronic equipment industry, after the rapid development of the aerospace, aviation and other military equipment industry department, began to shift to the civilian sector in the sixties. Today, it has become a very important discipline of intersecting edge engineering and has been widely used in almost all industrial sectors. The United States claims that in the future only the enterprises that can survive in the world market through competition will be able to grasp the reliability of their products. Japan believes that the focus of competition in the world market will be reliability in the future.
