人口发展是经济社会发展的基础性、先导性和全局性工程;就业是民生之本,安邦之策。统筹城乡人口发展和就业是贯彻落实以人为本、全面协调可持续的科学发展观,构建社会主义和谐社会的根本要求,是实施“统筹城乡发展”战略,推进“城乡联动”的重要内容、宁波市政府经济研究中心会同市劳动和社会保障局、计生委、教育局、卫生局、民政局、公安局、市计委、市委农办、体改办、规划局、统计局等部门,于日前召开研讨会,并进行了专题研究,共同探索促进宁波人口发展与就业城乡一体化的新途径、新措施。现将有关研究成果择要刊载。
