患女,35岁。以腹部包块19年之主诉于1997年3月3日入院。患者16岁时发现有一鸡蛋大包块“游动”于腹腔,饭前触之更清楚,因自觉无明显不适,未诊治。既往无肝胆肾疾病史,月经16(3～4)/(28～30),末次月经1997年2月19日,孕3足月产3,现存2男1女,发育正常。查体:体温36.3℃,血压14.0/10.7kPa。心肺正常,脐右侧可触及一鸡蛋大的包块,质硬,活动良好,可推至腹腔其它部位或盆腔,无压痛;肝脾肋下未触及,腹水征阴性,肠鸣音正常。妇查:外阴阴道阴性;宫颈Ⅰ°糜烂,无触血;包块推入盆腔后双合诊检查:盆腔可触及一鸡蛋大包块,质硬,活动良好,可推入腹腔, The woman is 35 years old.
