模拟冷空气过境对大鼠血脂水平的影响

目的模拟冷空气过境对大鼠血脂水平的影响,为进一步研究冷空气活动对心脑血管疾病的影响提供依据。方法利用气象模拟箱模拟冷空气过境过程中的温度变化,将Wistar大鼠和自发性高血压(SHR)大鼠各36只按照随机区组设计分为3个区组,每组Wistar大鼠和SHR大鼠各12只且雌雄各半,根据冷空气过境过程中的温度变化,随机采用降温前、降温前+降温中、降温前+降温中+降温后3种处理方案,处理后检测血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)水平,分析冷空气过境过程中血脂指标的变化。结果模拟的冷空气过程为中等强度冷空气。雌性Wistar大鼠血清TC水平降温中与降温前相比明显上升(P<0.05),TG水平降温后与降温前相比明显下降(P<0.05),HDL-C水平降温中与降温前相比明显上升(P<0.05),降温后与降温前、降温中相比明显下降(P<0.05);雄性SHR大鼠血清TG水平降温后与降温中相比明显下降(P<0.05);雌性SHR大鼠血清HDL-C水平降温后与降温中相比明显下降(P<0.05),LDL-C水平降温中与降温前相比明显升高(P<0.05);大鼠其他血脂指标水平在冷空气过境过程中的差异均无统计学意义。结论冷空气活动对大鼠血脂水平有一定影响,可能是其导致心脑血管疾病的危险因素之一。 Objective To simulate the influence of cold air transit on serum lipids in rats and provide basis for further study on the influence of cold air activity on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Methods Using the meteorological simulating box to simulate the temperature change during cold air transit, 36 Wistar rats and 36 SHR rats were randomly divided into 3 groups according to the random block design. Each Wistar rat and According to the temperature changes during the transit of cold air, three treatment groups were randomly selected before cooling, before cooling + during cooling, before cooling + after cooling + after cooling, and the total serum (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) were measured to analyze the change of blood lipid in transit of cold air. Results The simulated cold air process is medium-strength cold air. The level of TC in female Wistar rats decreased significantly compared with that before cooling (P <0.05), while the level of TG decreased significantly compared with that before cooling (P <0.05). The levels of HDL-C decreased compared with those before cooling (P <0.05); serum TG level decreased significantly in male SHR rats compared with that in the control group (P <0.05); female SHR The level of serum HDL-C decreased significantly compared with that of the control group (P <0.05), while the level of LDL-C decreased significantly (P <0.05) There was no significant difference in air transit. Conclusion Cold air activity has some influence on blood lipids in rats, which may be one of the risk factors of cardiovascular disease.
