概括介绍了改善钨及其合金材料性能的方法及其优缺点,重点综述了国内外关于轧制工艺、旋转锻造工艺、挤压工艺和大塑性变形法在钨及其合金领域的应用现状,同时就各工艺对钨及其合金材料微观结构、力学性能、再结晶温度和韧脆转变温度等方面所产生的影响作了介绍。最后结合粉末材料固结机理的分析,对采用大塑性变形法直接实现以钨粉为原料制备块体材料的最新研究进行了初步探讨。
The methods of improving the properties of tungsten and its alloys and its advantages and disadvantages are summarized. The application of rolling process, rotary forging process, extrusion process and large plastic deformation method in the field of tungsten and its alloys are reviewed at the same time. The effects of each process on the microstructure, mechanical properties, recrystallization temperature and ductile-brittle transition temperature of tungsten and its alloys were introduced. Finally, based on the analysis of the consolidation mechanism of powder materials, the latest research on using bulk plastic deformation method to directly produce bulk materials using tungsten powder as raw material was discussed.
