江苏省连云港市新浦区林场小学,创建于1952年,位于云台山南麓九里山脚下,仅有6个教学班,学生214名,教职工25名。在学校发展方面有诸多不利因素:学生家长文化水平普遍比较低,对子女教育投入的精力、经费非常少;教师的年龄结构比例失调,40周岁以上的教师占教师总数的80%,平均年龄在43岁以上.
