采用 94 0 nm掺杂蓝宝石激光器作抽运光源 ,对掺杂的质量分数为 19%高掺杂浓度的Yb3 +磷酸盐玻璃激光器进行了实验研究 ,获得了 16 5m W的连续激光输出 ,其中心波长位于1.0 53μm。实现了同类激光器中 57.8%的高斜率效率 ,光 -光转换效率为 34.2 %。激光输出在1.0 38~ 1.0 6 4μm范围内实现了可调谐。
A 94 0 nm doped sapphire laser was used as the pumping light source.
