中央保持共产党员先进性教育活动领导小组2月16日向各地各部门发出通知,要求参加第一批先进性教育活动的单位把学习培训工作引向深入。通知要求抓好五个方面工作:一、采取有效措施,将学习培训覆盖到全体党员。各级党组织要采取有效措施,力争把组织关系在本单位的每一位党员都组织起来,参加学习培训。这项工作做好了,本身就是先进性教育活动的一大成果。二、确保学习培训时间。学习动员阶段的时间可在原安排的基础上延长10天左右,具体到一个单位,可根据实际情况确定。确保达到“学习培训的时间一般不少于40个小时”的要
