采用多层结构制备了色纯度很好的白光有机电致发光器件(OLED)。将清洗后的ITO玻璃样片在质量分数为0.005%高锰酸钾溶液中进行超声处理15min。将处理后的ITO玻璃样片与没有经过高锰酸钾溶液处理的ITO玻璃样片,在同一条件下,采用同样的结构制备有机电致发光器件,结果表明,处理前后所制备的器件的性能发生了明显的改变,处理后的白光器件的效率提高了16%,亮度提高了近29%。
A multi-layer structure was used to prepare a white organic light-emitting diode (OLED) with good color purity. The cleaned ITO glass samples were sonicated for 15 min in 0.005% potassium permanganate solution.
