通过体外实验观察到Rhodesia温石棉,新康温石棉和UICC温石棉、青石棉、铁石棉具有诱发8-羟脱氧鸟苷(8-OH-dG)产生而损伤小牛胸腺DNA的作用,加入H_2O_2和(或)FeSO_4可明显增强石棉纤维致8-OH-dG产生的作用。以UICC青石棉纤维的作用最强,UICC铁石棉纤维次之,Rhodesia温石棉、新康温石棉和UICC温石棉纤维最弱。由此可见石棉纤维致8-OH-dG产生的作用与石棉种类和羟自由基的参与有关。作者认为8-OH-dG的产生可影响DNA中腺嘌呤与胸腺嘧啶、鸟嘌呤与胞嘧啶的碱基配对,诱发DNA点突变,与肿瘤的发生有关。
In vitro experiments showed that Rhodesia chrysotile, New Kangweng asbestos and UICC chrysotile, crocidolite and amosite had the effect of inducing 8-OH-dG to damage calf thymus DNA, adding H 2 O 2 And (or) FeSO 4 can significantly enhance the role of asbestos fibers caused by 8-OH-dG. The authors believe that the generation of 8-OH-dG can affect DNA in the base pair of adenine and thymine, guanine and cytosine, induced DNA point mutation, and tumorigenesis.
