近些年来,我国的改革开放不断深入,社会主义市场经济体制越来越完善,企业不断开展深化改革,企业自身思想政治工作的渠道、内容、任务和对象等等都产生了很大变化。很早以前,邓小平同志就提出了发展才是硬道理,在十六届三中全会中,更加明确地提出了科学发展观这一十分重要的理论,发展是第一要义,以人为本是核心,科学发展观从本质上强调了以人为本这一个重要的思想,并且提出所有事物发展的源泉以及根本动力就是实现人的全面发展。相对于企业自身思想政治工作来说,不管是企业思想政治工作的执行者,还是企业思想政治工作的对象,都是人。本文中,笔者就对企业思想政治工作的创新之路进行浅谈。
In recent years, with the continuous deepening of China’s reform and opening up, the socialist market economic system has been getting more and more perfect, and the channels, contents, tasks and targets of the enterprise’s own ideological and political work have been greatly changed. Earlier, Comrade Deng Xiaoping proposed that development should be the last word. In the Third Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee, we came up with the very important theory of the scientific development concept more clearly. Development is the first essential point and people-oriented core. The concept of scientific development essentially emphasizes the important idea of putting people first and proposes that the source of all things and the fundamental driving force are the realization of all-round development of people. Compared with the enterprise’s own ideological and political work, both the executive of the enterprise’s ideological and political work and the target of the enterprise’s ideological and political work are all human beings. In this article, the author of the enterprise ideological and political work on the road to innovation.
