高职课程建设的核心问题是教学内容建设。教学内容建设的策略包括内容的选取和内容的组织两方面。其中选取策略包括:根据岗位工作要求选择教学内容;根据工作过程选择教学内容;根据职业发展和人的发展的需要选择教学内容;根据专业课程体系建设的需要选择教学内容。而组织策略包括:基于工作过程序化教学内容;基于工作过程整合教学内容;基于职业成长规律组织教学内容。
The core issue of the construction of higher vocational education is the construction of teaching contents. The strategy of teaching content construction includes content selection and content organization. The selection strategy includes: choosing teaching content according to job requirements; selecting teaching content according to working process; choosing teaching content according to the need of career development and human development; choosing teaching content according to the need of professional curriculum system construction. Organizational strategies include sequencing teaching content based on working process, integrating teaching content based on working process, and organizing teaching content based on the law of career growth.
