温州市民营企业是我国发展和培育较早的城市实体经济来源之一,外来流动妇女是民营企业产业工人的重要组成部分,不仅承载着民营企业的兴衰和经济发展的光荣使命,而且也对当地社会、企业稳定和国家人口变动发挥着重要作用。目前,国家对流动人口实施与户籍地人口同服务、同宣传、同管理的政策,流动妇女计划生育管理问题越来越受[1]
