1992年1月至1993年12月,我们采用尿激酶治疗急性心肌梗塞12例,报道如下: 一般资料:12例病人中,男7例,女5例。发病年龄在48至66岁。12例病人均符合冠心病诊断标准。发病时间均在6小时之内。下壁心肌梗塞6例,左室前壁心肌梗塞4例,前间隔部心肌梗塞2例。 治疗方法:尿激酶无抗原性和无致热源性,不引起过敏反应。在排除抗凝治疗禁忌症后,溶栓治疗首选尿激酶50万单位加生理盐水60ml,10分钟静脉注完,继以尿激酶30万单位加5％葡葡糖水100毫升静滴(30分钟
January 1992 to December 1993, we used urokinase in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction in 12 cases, reported as follows: General information: 12 patients, 7 males and 5 females. The age of onset is 48 to 66 years old. All 12 patients met the diagnostic criteria of coronary heart disease. The onset time are within 6 hours. 6 cases of inferior myocardial infarction, 4 cases of left anterior myocardial infarction, 2 cases of anterior myocardial infarction.
