在光电化学电池中测定C_(70)球烯在GaAs电极上所形成异质结的光伏效应,并研究不同介质电对和C_(70)薄膜厚度对光伏效应的影响。结果表明,1)I_2/是较佳的介质电对;2)C_(70)薄膜厚度约为1μm时光伏效应较大;3)C_(70)在GaAs电极上的光电性能是优良的。
The photovoltaic effect of H_ (70) -conjugated heterostructure on GaAs electrode was measured in photoelectrochemical cell and the effect of different dielectric pairs and C_ (70) film thickness on the photovoltaic effect was studied. The results show that 1) I 2 / is the preferred dielectric pair; 2) the photovoltaic effect is high when the thickness of C 70 film is about 1 μm; 3) The photoelectric properties of C 70 on GaAs electrode are excellent.
