目的探析炎琥宁联合利巴韦林治疗上呼吸道感染的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院2013年10月至2015年10月收治的上呼吸道感染患者162例,随机分为对照组和研究组患者各81例。对照组在常规治疗基础上给予静脉滴注利巴韦林治疗,研究组则以对照组为基础,联合静脉滴注炎琥宁药物。治疗后比较两组患者临床疗效及症状改善情况。结果经治疗后,研究组临床治疗总有效率为92.60%,咳嗽时间、鼻塞流涕、咽部充血、退热时间均显著短于对照组,与对照组比较差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),表明研究组起效更快,改善效果更快更佳。结论炎琥宁联合利巴韦林治疗上呼吸道疾病,可及时有效缓解患者咳嗽、鼻塞流涕、咽部充血、发热等临床症状,其疗效优于单用利巴韦林药物治疗,症状改善效果更佳,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combining Yan Hu Ning with ribavirin in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection. Methods Totally 162 patients with upper respiratory tract infection admitted to our hospital from October 2013 to October 2015 were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 81 cases in each group. The control group was treated with intravenous infusion of ribavirin on the basis of routine treatment, while the study group was treated with intravenous infusion of Yan Hu Ning drug on the basis of the control group. After treatment, the clinical efficacy and symptom improvement of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of clinical treatment in study group was 92.60%. Coughing time, runny nose stuffing, pharyngeal hyperemia and antipyretic time were significantly shorter than those in control group, which were significantly different from the control group (P <0.05), indicating that the study group faster onset of improvement faster and better. Conclusion Yan Hu Ning combined with ribavirin treatment of upper respiratory diseases, timely and effective relief of patients with cough, stuffy nose runny nose, throat congestion, fever and other clinical symptoms, the effect is superior to ribavirin alone treatment, the effect of improving the symptoms Better, worth promoting.
